Hold On Baby! Aveda Light Elements Texturizing Creme

Earlier this month, Aveda launched its Light Elements Texturizing Creme ($24.00). This bad boy promises to deliver weightless texture with light hold providing soft movement without the icky crunchy, sticky, or dry feeling.

It contains natural waxes including organic beeswax and pullulan to provide light, flexible, all-day hold. In addition it has plant derived emulsifiers from jojoba and soy create a soft, creamy texture that spreads easily through the hair without visible white residue. The Amur corktree adds moisture to hair and a concoction of gamma oryzanol, derived from rice bran, and sasa veitchii, derived from bamboo, helps protect hair from UV damage.
