So technically Black Friday passed already but here I am. Not sure if it’s the whole “WE’RE STILL IN A PANDEMIC” thing but I’ve been off my game and not really shopping. That said, I’d be a fool to miss some of the great deals happening online right now.
SHOPBOP
You can always count on Shopbop to have a great sale (I write about almost all of them as I’m an affiliate partner). Their sales are always very good for contemporary designers and small gifting. Their Black Friday sale is 20% off your order of $200+ (good through November 29, 2020 at 11:59 pm PT). Use Code SHOP20 at check out.
Shopbop always has great designers (I scored my small Telfar bag from their a few weeks ago before they flew off the site!) so be sure to check it out before it’s over.
I’d be remiss if I didn’t tell you about Violet Grey’s sale given that they only discount products a few times a year. Violet Grey carries more luxury brands and have a curated selection of goods so I’ll take the 20% off sitewide deal. Of course some exclusions apply (no to Victoria Beckham Beauty…womp) but there’s still some great finds (hello Augustinus Bader!).
Now this may come as a shocker to all that know me but, again, we’re in a pandemic (that’s my excuse for everything). I’ve mentioned before that I’ve discovered my kitchen these past few months and there’s no stopping me now. If you follow me on Instagram then you would’ve seen me fall hard for the Our Place Always Pan a few months ago and it’s one of the best things I’ve bought all year. It’s currently available for $95 (usually $145) and I say go for it.
I upped the ante a bit by investing in the Caraway Cookware Set because I was due for some new cookware and as I’ve been researching non-toxic brands, this consistently came up. I fully intend on doing reviews on both as I’ve gotten a few DMs asking for my thoughts.
The last kitchen item I bought (told y’all I am not messing around), is the Staub 4-Quart Round Cocotte. I bought from the Staub x Food52 collection because the “sesame” color spoke to me on a spiritual level, but it’s on sale at so many different retailers for $99 (normally $299).
