It’s rare for me to want anything from Anthropologie but when I do, I seem to binge. This Anthropologie wish list is LARGELY from one collection. Since I can’t make it to France this year (thanks, Covid), I figured I might as well transform my kitchen into a mini Parisian escape.
Released last fall, Anthropologie’s French bistro-inspired kitchenware and dish ware items feature mosaic-inspired motifs and a hint of glimmer. An ode to the sidewalk cafes of Paris, I’ve already purchased a few items and have more on my wish list.
What I Bought
Candidly, as I mentioned, I’ve already purchased this Salt & Pepper Shakers set simply because of how chic it looks. Definitely an upgrade to my current salt and pepper situation. I’ve also added this spoon rest to my kitchen lineup to help keep the mess under control. This dish towel also made it home with me. I’ve become a woman obsessed with dish towels so I’m always looking to add to my collection.
My Anhtropologie Wish List
This Parisian Faribault Map Woolen Throw Blanket was what prompted my trip to Anthropologie. Since I recently redecorated my living room, I immediately purchased this throw to add a bit of warmth as the temperature chills.
The Bistro Tile Mugs come in a set of four and are perfect for the morning cup of coffee of evening tea. Another set I have my eyes on are these side plates, though living alone there’s truly no need for one person to have so many side plates. At least that’s what I’m telling myself.
Staying indoors means more opportunities for intimate entertaining at home. This vintage-inspired pitcher doubles as a centerpiece for an elegant tablescape or a decanter. Hell, even if it’s me putting lemon in my water! I desperately want the Fiorella Coupe Glasses for all of the champagne cocktails I plan on making this season.
I know it’s only October but I plan on snapping up these Parisian Christmas Time In The City set (there are dessert plates and mugs available).
And there it is. Until it’s safe for international travel (…or at least until Americans are allowed anywhere), I’ll be finding other ways to bring a bit of Paris to NYC.
À bientôt!
