“For me, lingerie isn’t about seduction, it’s about being a woman.” - Dita von Teese
If there’s one thing I wish I did more of was wear lingerie that was so utterly sexy, nothing else in my closet mattered. I hear (and quite often, mind you) that women should wear their sexiest underwear every day, even underneath jeans and a tee because it will change how you feel no matter what you’re wearing. I’m definitely guilty of “saving” my best anythings (clothing, bags, shoes, skivvies — you name it) for a special occasion, whatever that may be.
All that said, I do believe that lingerie is an opportunity to express the sensual side of your femininity. And no, I don’t mean wear-your-shortest-skirt-on-a-Friday night. It’s also an opportunity to express yourself, despite your day job that may be a little too corporate and “stuffy” (or in my case where most people show up in denim and a button down).
Nobody seems to know this better than Jennifer Zuccarini, a co-founder of Kiki de Montparnasse and former design director at Victoria’s Secret. Now she has introduced Fleur du Mal, a new way into the closets of women who appreciates adding a bit of sexiness in dressing up as much as she loves stripping down. Whether it’s a leather corset, a sheer tuxedo blazer, or French rose lace intimates this new line oozes sophisticated sex appeal.
The collection is available exclusively via FleurDuMal.com where you can find not just the her pieces but complementary lifestyle items that Jennifer adores. Enjoy
