I expected the Becca x Jaclyn Hill Champagne Splits to sell out much quicker than they actually did. As a matter of fact, I was pretty surprised to see them still in stock on Sephora.com and at various Sephora locations!
It’s no secret that I’m a Jaclyn Hill fan girl and her Champagne Glow highlighter palette has become a staple in my vanity. While I love the full palette, I snapped up the Champagne Splits in order to travel with specific shades, versus the whole shebang. I’m personally obsessed with Prosecco Pop (highlighter) and Pamplemousse (blush) so it’s great being able to have just those two in my makeup bag.
This duo contains Champagne Pop which is a soft white gold with pinky peach undertones and Hyacinth which is a vibrant poppy pink blush. Hyacinth is part of Becca’s permanent mineral blush collection and it is stunning. Like many of the Becca blushes I’ve tried, it’s really pigmented, so a little goes a long way.
I purchased this primarily because of Prosecco Pop. While its predecessor is pretty on the skin, Prosecco Pop is even more gorgeous on deep skin. It’s a medium warm gold highlight that can be layered and built up for an intense, Instagram-worthy highlight or subtle for every day wear. Pamplemousse is a matte warm coral pink blush that is exclusive to this collection and not part of the permanent range.
The Becca x Jaclyn Hill Champagne Splits are available exclusively at Sephora for $38 each.
