LOOKIE HERE! AN OUTFIT POST! After a hurricane, Nor’easter, and biting winds the weather in NYC has warmed up a bit (we’re talking 63°F in November) – so I had to get all dressed up, natch. A failed attempt at organizing my closet this weekend opened my eyes to the fact that I have a LOT of unworn clothes. Top that with my recent purchases, I’m swimming laps of ASOS, Zara, and J. Crew.
Case in point: this blouse from ASOS I bought in early summer prepping for Autumn (yeah you read that right). I discovered it in the back of my closet, hanging neatly with the tags on. Woman with a problem.

Have you ever just wanted to dress up? Not a full blown fancy dress up look, but polished and put together. Last Sunday I had a busy day of backstage interviews, fashion shows, topped off with a lovely dinner at Palma with the NARS Cosmetics team, so I decided to wear a few items that had been hiding n my closet for months (okay, and a few new pieces).
perhaps it’s the lighting but these photos really doesn’t do this skirt justice. That’s what I get for waiting until 5:30pm, eh? It’s definitely orange and not pink as it may seem. But I am in love with it. Ever since spotting it on Atlantic-Pacific, I immediately purchased and have worn twice. Expect to see it multiple times throughout the warmer weather
Having never seen any of the Twilight movies (nor do I intend to…vampires don’t glisten), I am shocked at my sudden and intense love for Ashley Greene. She plays Alice or something in the movie but in real life, Greene is a stunningly gorgeous and quite fashionable young lady. I’ve been stalking watching as her career grows and when your career grows, your clothes tend to get chicer. Here. Greene glams up the latest pre-fall pickings in the ASOS magazine.
