bonjour!

BEAUTY_FEB24_8
While the weather in New York City is heartburn inducing, I can’t help but think about how my style changes based on how cold (or warm!) it is out. I’m definitely much more of an in between seasons kind of gal. Give me Spring or Autumn (although preferably Autumn because my allergies are more agreeable!)

When I was contacted by Guerlain to share my interpretation of their cult fave – Terracotta 4 Seasons Bronzing Powder – I jumped at the chance because they were introducing four new shades that way every woman can enjoy the benefits. The shade I was given, Ebony, is absolutely beautiful and comes with a red blush to give cheeks a pop of color. Each powder contains four shades, which can be mixed and blended to create natural looking color for all times of the year.

It’s a versatile powder that can create a year-round glow. In the winter, sweep the two lightest shades across the prominent areas of your face; in the autumn and spring combine all four shades and sweep the powder across your entire face for an instant glow; and in the summer Blend all four colors together using a “3” motion and contour to add to your summer tan.

Back to my style. I usually go for something cozy (year round), adding in a few favorites (full skirts, chunky sweaters, and dashes of color here and there). The result? Something a little like what you see in the post. Ladylike with a bit of an edge (can’t be too sweet!)
