Nordstrom Rack Fall Trends Challenge: Day-to-Night

In my last outfit post, I showed you how to glam up your game day outfit, courtesy of Nordstrom Rack, and this time it’s all about the day-to-night look. This is something that I can talk about for DAYS because I’m someone who works in an office setting (super casual) but also tries to have a social life. Friends are constantly texting/emailing me requesting a “quick” bite to eat that turns into dinner with a large group followed by gossip and aimlessly wandering the city.

What’s my go-to look? A simple but engaging dress, kickass amazing pair of heels, and an update in makeup – in this case a deep red lip. Of course, you can always add accessories (bangles are highly recommended and you can pick them up in sets at Nordstrom Rack).

These shoes were an EPIC find btw! The minute I saw them, I disregarded my typical size nine shoe size and tried on the ten. Luckily they fit :). They’re the exact look I had been pinning away last Spring during the Fall fashion shows (got that?) and I’m thrilled to have found a chic loafer (so on trend) at such an affordable price. Plus, the rubbery sole makes eat easy to walk in – day or night. You like?
