Over 55 boutiques and designers throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn will be celebrating Independent Retal Week, a week-long shopping extravaganza presented by Nolcha.
It's easy to get lost in the big labels but sometimes true gems are found in the little guys! With the recession occurring small labels are shuttering wuicker than you can bat an eyelash, so I whole heartedly support this initiative and can't wait to see what's being offered. From November 14 through November 20 indie stores across the city will be showcasing their goods with in-store mini fashion shows, interactive events and retailer demonstrations made with the budget conscious in mind.Here are some events and what to expect!
