Do Something Fun This Weekend...Name Lancôme's Next BIG Lipstick

When Lancôme's Pout- à-Porter Lipstick series came about, I was freaking out! I remember doing my very best to get Thakoon's Pixel Pink, buying it, and later crying because my little cousin used it to make part of her Crayola Big Pack.

She's lucky she's family or else...

I was crushed after seeing my beloved Pixel Pink mushed around and used to color Barbie's dress. Collectors and beauty enthusiasts know that the previous lipsticks in this collection were sold out (heck, one Proenza Pink lipstick even sold for $122.50 on eBay!) All of the lipsticks in the Pout- à-Porter Lipstick series are collaborations with celebrated designers.


For Spring 2010 Lancôme is collaborating with emerging designer Chris Benz. This time, however, they need your help! Lancôme is having a lipstick naming contest that was announced on Chris Benz’s Facebook fan page. The new shade will be inspired by Chris’ Spring 2010 collection and will be worn by the models at his show in September. The contest winner will receive five of the lipsticks plus a $500 Lancôme gift certificate. All you have to do is post your suggestion on Chris’ Facebook fan page based on what you know about Chris and his fashion personality. All of you are eligible to submit your suggestions too and we hope you do! The deadline for submissions is Sunday, July 12th, at 5 p.m. EST.
