No not the chicken or the egg but...eye cream or moisturizer. People (beauty obsessed women) have argued (debated) about this for quite sometime. I personally feel that the eye cream than moisturizer. Why? Well I believe in my most scientific explanation possible (read: my mind) that if applied directly to the skin the eye cream can better penetrate the skin and do its job. If applied after moisturizer than it mixes with whatever nonsense (vitamin A, salicylic acid, etc.) is in there. And when certain things (don't ask me what) are mixed they are sometimes counterproductive.
