So L'Oréal Paris has launched a new ultra-conditioning and extra shimmering version of the uber popular Féria Multi-Faceted Shimmering Colour. This version though is more hydrating and conditioning than ever and a few of my fellow Total Beauty bloggers and readers got to experience it.
