Shades...

It might be snowing in Brooklyn, but I am on a quest to find my perfect pair of shades. Last year I had the most PERFECT pair of shades- beautiful, bold, and HUGELY OVERSIZED! Yes they were way too big and No I didn't care...I still looked fierce!

And then they broke.

First the lens popped out then in an attempt to snap it back in...the sides of the shades cracked. Krazy glue didn't do much but stick my fingers together. They were from Forever 21 and I never found them again (I hate when that happens!).

This is what mine looked like...soo preettttyyyy!!! (I miss you baby!)

And no matter how many shades I get (and I have a Victoria's Secret bag FULL of them)...none can quite measure up to those babies...

So this year, I'm determined...and I mean REALLY DETERMINED! to find one exactly similar, if not better.

I've been in love with oversized frames for at least 3 years and for 3 years my friends would tell me that they a) were too big, and b) didn't look right at all. For the first semester of freshman year in college I avoided wearing my babies for fear of being thought of that girl with the weird shades (and than I just thought who gave a damn people talk anyways). Then last year those same friends were rockin' huge framed sunglasses (traitors...you copycats).

I would really love to try this retro style but I'd have to try them on to see what I look like:

Also another style I love (well more like have a love-hate relationship with). Sometimes I love me in them...other times it just looks plain BAD!

But yeah...I just needed to vent/ declare my new goal to achieve before summer (while at the same time showcasing a few of my very best fave V Beckham pics! I luv this woman)...
