I don't know if it's just me but this season is a little lackluster (actually I know it's not just me as Marc Jacobs himself said he was uninspired).
I'm simply not hyped about it.
Last season, I couldn't wait to go on style.com or wait to open up the massive amounts of emails I get about whose showing next, who did what, and what colors are "in".
While I do love some of the creations and clothes, I'm a bit...ehh.
But I do love London as they are the creative artsy side of fashion. They are what people are wearing in the streets of Britain. I have to say...I kind of agree with Nylon when they dubbed London the coolest city. There's something so nonchalant about London style. New York is the epicenter of casual sportswear, Paris is the epitome of chic, and Milan is the home of beauty and luxury. So its only right that we have somewhere for the I'm-so-not-trying-to-look-cool-but-I-know-I-look-cool.
And after I raved about this designer during NYFW it's only right I show a few of his piecs from his London fashion show....
Christopher Kane
There was no literal theme that can properly describe or sum up the way Kane's collection turned out this season. As a fan, I must say its really cool..somewhat wearable (some pieces), and sooo London =)...from the eyes of a New Yorker.

These last couple of pieces just really showcase the artistic side of Kane and his sis Tammy (who is his fellow designer/muse). Reminds me of another fab brother/sister designer duo ;)

Oh I love the clothes. And this blog!!! :)
the black bangles at the end are kinda cool, but the dry cleaning bill must be astronomical. Try some Harlem sportswear for a quick wash at http://iloveharlem.net
