It's Raining! It's Snowing!

AHHHHHH!!!! IT SNOWED TODAY IN NEW YORK!!!!! When I think about it part of me gets nervous because its the second day of December and its already snowing! Normally, we see snow in late December...so if its snowing now I can only imagine what Dec. 24 (my birthday!!) would look like =(

But I also get excited 'cuz that means...SHOPPING!!! I've been so obsessed with fall clothing (which came out to be a couple of sweaters from H&M, skinny jeans from Joyce Leslie, and a new Victoria's Secret handbag..OK two VS handbags)...

Since NY is crazy..rain and snow often come together...its like peanut butter and jelly..they stick together =) ..forgive me I'm eating two PB&J sandwiches right now..sue me for lack of creativity...

but after reading so many novels by British authors (Confessions of a Shopaholic, etc.) I was curious as to what "wellies" were..so I Googled it...TA-DA!



These remind me a little too much of Ed Hardy. I don't hate Ed hardy...actually I love the...but I just hate look-a-likes. I'd rather have the real thing.


I just love the blue and black combo =)


Oh the colors! I LOVE COLORS! SO BRIGHT!!!


And...my FAVE color (plum...ok so its close to my fave color..purple).

I've definitely seen these boots around (and for around $25, depending where you go, they're not bad)..I could see myself in these bad boys (should they fit my tiny legs/calves) looking fresh in my wellies..hehe.













Another item I need/want for winter is a new coat. I don't know if I want the normally puffy coat or go for the grown and sexy look with the trench. I want the trench for the sophisticated look but I need the puffy ones for the cold. So here's my wish list:

Ok so my love for juicy has left me a little biased =):

This is the Plaid Toggle Coat. I love the look of it...plaid is something that most people can't pull off. I think for someone with a small frame like me this coat would totally work.

















This coat is similar to the one I currently own-minus the name Juicy and the buttons are lower on mine and mine is brown. This is more of a classic look- love me my classics.

















And lastly, my poufy...puffy...I don't know. This one is called the Quilted Puffer Coat. I love the dark color. I hate buying coats that are some wild color. If it's a winter coat I think one should stick with black, navy, gray, brown, and white. None of that red, pink, baby blue nonsense you wore when you was 11yrs old. You want a coat that you can where with anything...and for a puffer coat I must say this one's a keeper (but then again...if its Juicy..its ALWAYS a keeper to me).

I love practically anything from Alice+Olivia. Their dresses are so cute and girly).
